“The Honoeye cabin was as advertised. We like to explore new locations in the fingerlakes and the cabin is in a cute little development with good distance from each other for privacy. There are a few cabins and brick homes to choose from based on size. It is conveniently located about 10 minutes from Geneva to eat dinner out or go for drinks. It is also easily accessible to all of the lakes/wineries. We all enjoyed our stay. Our little pug, Rocky and chihuahua, Little Bear had a ball outside, but beware of the skunk! We saw a skunk waddling around on 2 occasions but everything was safe. We had an issue with the heat and Jane was immediately accessible to answer my call and help remedy the situation. Might be programmed to lower at night and turn back up in the morning? Maybe...It was fine. Great choice whether or not you have pets. Check it out. Oh and a view of the lake even as far back as it is. Just a lovely view.”

Cozy, Clean, Comfortable Cabin
My mother, sisters, and I spent a 3-day girls' weekend at the Hemlock Cabin during the Seneca Lake Deck the Halls winery event. The cabin was clean and well-maintained and was roomy enough for the 4 of us. The housekeeper was extremely helpful as our contact person to help us out with accessing the key box and in keeping us updated when we had a brief power outage in the area during our stay. We would recommend this cabin as a wonderful place to stay while enjoying all that the Finger Lakes region has to offer!

We had an enjoyable trip and the accommodations were excellent. The fire pit was a real plus, plenty of yard room for games, and spacious bedrooms. We were well pleased with the kitchen supplies and prepared all our meals at the house with no problems.

We did a get together with eight couples. We found this Resort by searching online and the rural area with houses that would accommodate our large group was our reason for choosing Cobtree Homes. Owners were very professional and accommodating. The house was clean and nicely furnished. Our only complaint would be the creaking of the floors (upstairs & down stairs). The location was close to Geneva with a nice downtown and great restaurants.

Great place for a family reuinion
This individual 4 bedroom house with adjoining open space is ideal for a vacation with family friends and your dog. It is very close to Seneca state park and the wine country for testing wine and simply walking around the property. We enjoyed our trip mostly because of this place.

We had a wonderful long weekend in the Owasco Cottage this Labor day weekend. I was so lucky that Jane answered my call last Thursday, she was so sweet and accommodating, I booked the cottage 10 min later! We were traveling with our small dog and 2 children, looking for someplace with a view of the lake and close to some of NY's beautiful waterfalls. This was the perfect place to set down roots for the weekend. The cottage was warm and comfortable, and so amazingly well equipped. I felt like I was staying in a friend's home. Everything we needed was there for us, and the cottage was clean and so well cared for. We took a day trip to Watkins Glen Falls (30 min) and Niagara Falls (2:20). We enjoyed a trip to Wegman's for snacks, and a few local restaurants. If we didn't have our children in tow, we would have availed ourselves of the many, many nearby wineries, a few within walking & biking distance! Definitely try Halsey's Restaurant for their coal fired pizza, great seafood, and cocktails. The town of Watkins Glen also has some great restaurants. We're looking forward to returning again. With so many cabins, I would highly recommend Cobtree for a family reunion or even a company retreat. I'm sure you will enjoy all this beautiful location has to offer.

We have been vacationing at Cobtree for several years, We've been there all seasons. Each has its special charms. As do the cabins and cottages. In the early spring, late fall and winter we prefer the cottages because they have a lovely fireplace and they are oh so comfy! In the summer we love the cabins with the porches overlooking the lake. It's a great place to just relax, walk the trails on the property, enjoy the wildlife. It is spectacular during a full moon. Everything is so brightly lit by the moonlight. All houses are pet friendly except one, we always bring our two shih tzus with us. We love it ...you can be very active, lots to do in the area or do absolutely nothing. We try to go for at least 10 days to two weeks. Exploring is really interesting...each lake has its own character but we ve been returning to Cobtree with its everchanging views of Sevneca Lake,

I have lots of family in Geneva but it's nice to have your own quiet space to reboot. This was exactly what I was looking for! Several cabins sit on this one lot, so if you have a group, you may never want to leave. Walk to wineries, stroll the trail, visit theAmish store...or just stare at the lake. Each house has a fire pit, which was the best spot to chat with old friends.

This was our second time staying at the Cobtree Vacation homes and we will certainly be back. Houses are very conveniently located right on Seneca Lake close to the wineries. We love that we can all stay in one house instead of spread across 3 or 4 hotel rooms. Also great that we have access to a full kitchen and an outdoor grill - saves some $$ on eating out all the time. They even accommodate our large Labradoodle and there are a plenty of trails located right on the property for walking. Would recommend this all my friends and family.
